Managing projects to ensure maximum return, profitability and legal compliance.
Acting as representative of the Company in interactions with various institutional divisions, as well as externally to government agencies, the local community and/or the general public
Analyzing sales statistics to determine business growth potential
Seeking out and targeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate an action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
To be suitable for this role, you must have:

An MBA in Marketing / Real Estate or related degree

Experience in a sales driven environment within real estate

Relevant experience in mix use residential and retail developments

Managerial experience with credible real estate developer or international property consultancy

Good computer knowledge

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English

Spoken proficiency in local languages preferred.

Possession of two-wheeler is a must.

Four wheeler driving license is preferred.
