Site Engineer/Supervisor

Job Description

Position: Site Supervisor

Preferred: Male

Designation: Supervisor

Age: 20 – 30

Location: Guduvancherry, Sriperumbudur & Kancheepuram

Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Qualification: UG – Diploma in civil, B.Tech/B.E in Civil

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day construction work at the site and ensure timely progress.
  • Monitor project activities and prepare regular site progress reports.
  • Ensure that all construction work is executed as per the approved drawings and specifications.
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain quality standards throughout the site.
  • Knowledge of road works, culverts, and storm water drainage systems.
  • Interpret and implement construction specifications and technical drawings accurately.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain construction standards.
  • Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labour teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Maintain proper site documentation, attendance, and material usage records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review Sale Deeds, Sale Agreements, MOUs, Lease Deeds, and Power of Attorney
  • Perform property title verification and legal due diligence
  • Handle property registration and coordination with Sub-Registrar Office
  • Ensure RERA compliance and legal adherence
  • Verify land records, patta, Chitta, EC, khata, and related documents
  • Provide legal support to sales and CRM teams
  • Handle legal notices, replies, and advocate coordination
